These terms of services set forth the rules governing the use and procedures of Luvr.

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use set forth the rules governing the use and procedures of 'Luvr' (hereinafter referred to as 'Service').

Article 2 (Definitions)

Definitions of terms used in these Terms of Use

  1. Member: A person who has been assigned an ID
  2. Member ID: An email address consisting of letters and numbers
  3. Company: The entity (individual or corporation) that provides the Service

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes)

  1. The contents of these Terms of Use shall take effect when posted on the service sign in screen and other menus within the app service.
  2. The Company may change the contents of the Terms of Use, and the changed Terms of Use shall be notified to members who have subscribed to the above menu and mailing list.

Article 4 (Matters Not Covered by the Terms of Use)

Matters not specified in these Terms of Use shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Chapter 2 Terms of Use Article 5 (Applicable Laws and Regulations)

These Terms of Use shall come into effect upon registration and agreement to the service.

Article 6 (Application for Use)

Users may register as members through the app by combining their email address or linking their account.

Article 7 (Refusal of Use)

Use may be refused in the following cases.

  1. When the service cannot be used in the current place of residence
  2. When false information is entered during the application for use
  3. When an account is applied for using another person's personal information
  4. When another person's account is stolen or attempted to be stolen
  5. When the service is used in an illegal or circumventing manner other than the usage methods specified by the company

Article 8 (Changes to Contract Terms)

Members may change the information they registered upon joining through the internet.

Chapter 3 Obligations of Members

Article 9 (Regarding the Company)

The company will not disclose or distribute members' personal information obtained in connection with the provision of services to any third party. However, this does not apply when such disclosure is required for criminal investigation purposes by government agencies.

Article 10 (Obligations of Members)

  • Members shall not engage in the following acts when using the service.
  1. Using another member's ID without authorization
  2. Reproducing, posting, or providing to third parties information obtained through the service
  3. Acts that infringe upon the copyright, third-party copyright, or other rights of the app service
  4. Distributing content that violates public order
  5. Engaging in acts that are objectively deemed to be related to criminal activities
  6. Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  7. Members may not use the service for commercial activities, and the company shall not be liable for any results arising from such use.
  8. Members may not transfer, gift, or pledge their service usage rights or other contractual status to third parties.

Chapter 4 Service Use

Article 11 (Copyright and Responsibility for Media)

Members retain copyright over media (images, videos) they create, and are responsible for the distribution, sharing, etc. of such media. Members may not use materials posted on the service for commercial purposes, or process or sell information obtained through the use of the service for commercial purposes.

Article 12 (Service Usage Hours)

In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless interrupted due to special business or technical issues. However, the service may be interrupted due to regular maintenance or other reasons.

Article 13 (Responsibility for Service Usage)

Members must not use the service for hacking, linking to obscene sites, or illegally distributing commercial software. The company shall not be liable for any business activities, losses, or legal measures taken by relevant authorities resulting from violations of this provision.

Article 14 (Suspension of Service Provision)

The company may suspend service provision in the following cases:

  1. When service provision is impossible due to unavoidable reasons such as maintenance of service facilities
  2. When a telecommunications service provider designated under the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services for a specified period
  3. When system inspection is necessary
  4. When other unavoidable circumstances arise.

Chapter 5 Termination of Contract and Restriction of Use

Article 17 (Termination of Contract and Restriction of Use)

  • If a member wishes to terminate the service contract, the member may submit a termination request via the internet.
  • The company may terminate the user account or suspend service use without prior notice if the member engages in any of the following acts:
  1. Using another person's user ID and password
  2. Intentionally interfering with service operations
  3. Registering as a member with false information
  4. Distributing content that is harmful to public order and morality
  5. Defaming others or causing them harm
  6. Sending large amounts of information or advertising information that interferes with the stable operation of the service
  7. Distributing computer virus programs that cause malfunction or destruction of information and communication equipment
  8. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the website, other members, or third parties
  9. Illegal use of another person's personal information, user ID, or password
  10. Violation of other relevant laws and regulations.

Chapter 6: Indemnification

Article 18 (Indemnification)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any information or data obtained by members through the use of the service.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for the reliability, accuracy, or other content of information, data, or facts posted by members on the service.

Article 19 (Jurisdiction)

Any legal issues arising from the use of the service may be brought before the court with jurisdiction over the Company's place of business.

** Supplementary Provisions

These Terms of Use shall take effect on April 3, 2025.
